Hello to all! I hope everyone had a great Christmas!
The new layout is going to take some extra time as I have decided to vector some cute characters and work with simple flash!

Here are some proposed new content which I am going to add:

* Characters from different companies
* Gallery: Where fans of kawaii can upload pictures - it would be great if we had people from different countries submitting pictures of kawaii products as well as collections of their own.
* Story time! - Create a story with one of your kawaii toys! Just create a page for this activity, you can sign up for a free blogging platform such as Livejournal or create one at your own domain. A list of “blogs” will be listed here at kawaiifanlistings.org. More details on this in the next post.

Hello everyone! I am Sara, the new owner of KawaiiFanlistings.org! At the moment, I am just trying to get organised with the content on this website. There will be a new layout soon as well as additional content!

The most important thing I would like to do now is thank Birgit, Jen and Sarah for letting me take over this website! I squeal at the sight of any kawaii character - I love them all!

That is all I have to say for now. The site will be expericing some changes soon so stay tune!

It’s been a great few years to have run this collective and we’ve had tons of fun with all the Kawaii fanlistings. But alas, we’ve decided its time to let go of it and pass along the happiness to someone else.  We haven’t notified that person yet, as we’re working out some technical stuff first, but watch this space for news of its new home.

The Cafe Pupu fanlisting has a new home, as well as the Percolator clique for coffee.

We didn’t receive any applications for San-X: Omusubiya-san, Everland: Sheepo, San-X: Yogurtkun, or Jinsung Korea: Foody, so we ended up closing those. If you apply and are approved at TFL for any of those, we’ll be glad to share the members list with you, just contact us and request it.

We have decided that time has come to cut down on the fanlistings part of this site, and there are currently 7 FLs plus a coffee clique up for adoption. Please apply to kawaiifanlistings@gmail.com if there are any that you have an interest in, we’d hate to have to close any of the listings.

The regular visitor might have noticed a small change here at kfl.org; Sarah’s joined in as one of the administrators and Jen and I are thrilled to have her with us. The online friendship of Sarah and Jen goes “way back”, and besides encouraging each other in the making of their personal websites, they’ve also administered a message board together. Sarah’s specialties kawaii-wise are sprites and other tiny pixels, plus she has a profound love for MLPs and cats!
